RMA Procedure
A valid RMA number must accompany any merchandise returned to AIGO. An RMA number may be obtained by submitting an RMA Request (link to: LINK) via the AIGO online RMA application form. An RMA number will be assigned within 1 business day from receipt of the RMA request form.
The RMA number is valid only for 30 days from the date of issue. If we don’t receive the RMA merchandise within 30 days, then a new valid RMA number is required.
Customer will assume all shipping charges on items returned to AIGO.
AIGO will assume all shipping charges on items returned to customers.
If it is confirmed that the product has exceeded the warranty scope, customer will cover all shipping charges.
RMA Policy

Customer will assume all shipping charges on items returned to AIGO. It is recommended to ship merchandise with insurance or to send by any carrier that provides tracking/delivery confirmation/insurance.
AIGO is not responsible for any loss or damage to the merchandise during or caused by the shipment. AIGO will assume all shipping charges on items returned to customers.
Defective items will be repaired or replaced at no charge provided that items are not abused, misused, neglected or modified. AIGO will promptly repair or replace items within 10 business days.
AIGO extends its Flash warranty policy to the original purchasing entity only.
Items will be returned after 10 business days of AIGO’s invoice date; no credit will be issued. AIGO will be liable for repairing those items.
